NovaTech Systems Closes $500M Series D to Accelerate Enterprise AI Deployment

NovaTech Systems, a leading provider of enterprise AI infrastructure, today announced the closing of a $500 million Series D funding round led by Sequoia Capital, with participation from Andreessen Horowitz, GIC, and existing investors.

The proceeds will be used to expand the company's global data centre footprint, accelerate product development across its core NovaBrain platform, and grow its go-to-market organisation in Europe and Asia-Pacific.

NovaTech serves more than 400 enterprise clients across financial services, healthcare, and manufacturing. Annual recurring revenue grew 180% year-over-year to $340 million in 2025.
